This is an independent, voluntary system of ensuring food safety for primary agricultural production. One of the main objectives of the standard of plant production is to reduce to the minimum the use of fertilizers and protective measures, to ensure the safety of food on the market, to reduce the adverse impact of agriculture on the environment, as well as affect the longer use of agricultural land.

HACCP

A systematic procedure for the identification and assessment of food safety hazards, from the point of view of its health quality and the risk of these hazards during the course of all stages of production and distribution.
